My grandfarher, William Alfred Mckimm was a grandson of William Henry Cowell and Elizabeth Jane Watson (daughter of Adam Watson). Although he lived in N.Ireland, family connections were kept up with the IOM. I have a photograph and message from a W H Moore, whom family say was a "cousin" of my grandfathers. W H Moore was also said to have been the harbour master in Peel and to have died c.1938. I have been told his obituary was in the IOM Examiner. Any help in finding the "cousin" connection would be appreciated.
