Quilliam's & Cringle & Shimmin

I am wondering who the parents were of Ann Shimmin who married a William Cringle 21 April 1838 at Braddan. I did find a Margaret Shimmin married to a John Clucas which would be close for Anne Shimmin's parents, and am wondering if this Margaret could be related to Philip Shimmin & Catherine Quine.

2) Am wondering if the Elizabeth who was the daughter of above parents (William Cringle & Anne Shimmin) christened on 28 Apr 1843 is the same Elizabeth who married a James Quilliam on 01 Apr 1871 at Kirk Michael.

I also found a Elizabeth Quilliam on Brian's website of burials as age 39 Fox 12 Nov 1882, it is close to her age but 1881 census shows a James Quilliam already a widower with these children. The census corresponds with story I am corresponding with from England.
