Widow Jane Crellin married my 2xgt grandfather Daniel Looney at Maughold on Mar.12th 1840. She was his third wife. In the 1851 Census @ Maughold ,Matthew Looney 18; Cathe Looney 17; William Looney 15; and Phillip Crellin 21 were the only children living with Daniel and his wife Jane. Daniel; Matthew; and Philip were all joiners. My gt. grandfather William was a scholar. No sign of Jane Crellin!
