ancestry I believe (due to a misreading of the census data) has placed them under Angelsey or similar as thay came under Islands in the British ocean.
Brian Lawson has indexed all the IoM censuses, the IGI is reasonably complete (tho in part fouled up) as it was originally based on an official 1911 transcription - Sue has added details from a private transcription of Maughold registers.
