My Grandmother Frances Elizabeth Quilliam was born in Peel in 1890 to Thomas Quilliam (a baker0 and Elizabeth (nee Halsall).
Not sure if that is any help.
She married William John Collister around 1910. They moved to New Zealand shortly after where my father was born. They moved back to the IOM in 1919 for 6 or seven years before returning to NZ.
