Hi Frances, Thank you for your advice. Hoping to visit the museum in Douglas and then pretty much go out into the country side. I much prefer the small town and country as I am definitely a country girl. I grew up in the country on a farm/ranch, my family has been farming in California for 4 generations. We have had to deal with the mess and congestion of San Francisco when visiting one of my sisters. Next trip when we are more familiar with the isle we will have to stay in a quieter place.
