not sure how old witnesses had to be - this Wm Qualtrough (a not uncommon name) would not be 21 at time of witnessing - also worth checking adjacent entries WQ could be parish clerk - also some witnesses seemed to be common to many marriages (mostly in 18th C - not research that much post 1800 marrs)
