I checked Nigel's website and have convinced myself that my Kewleys came from Kerrowdhoo Onchan. Matthias bapt Onchan 1790 is my gr gr grandfather.His father Philip was son of Stephen, son of William Black Qtr bapt 1722. I cant find a death or Will for Philip or wife Catharine nee Kelly. I hoped that if I could find out who Catharine's father was his Will might give some info.But they are dtermined to stay in hiding.
