Sue will probably reply soon, but I just looked in my Corkill records (not as good as hers) and there is a Thomas Corkill baptized 18 Oct 1840 Maughold (s/o Christopher Corkill & Isabella Kermeen) who married Margaret Kinrade 29 Jun 1861 Maughold. Is this the Kinrade that you have found? IGI marriage confirms his father as Christopher. I suspect that record you've recently found is incorrect. Lots of those kinds of records kicking around, unfortunately.
