have you looked first in 1891 UK census as this covers nearest place off Island - also have you checked UK civil registration for births of children (it is also worth checking the Manx papers as these often carried news of such especially if there was still family on Island to supply the info), also for any death records - I presume you may have to pay for an ancestry or similar subscription
