My brain is fuddled so really need help. Ann Cannell (1782-1872) md William Archibald (1792-1853). They had 2 maybe 3 dau : Ann b 1821, Eliza/Elizabeth b1826 & Louisa/Sarah ? 1829. In 1871 Ann is aged 89 living at Shaws Brow with granddau Georgiana aged 18. That info is correct.
I need help with the 1861 census. I have an Ann Archibald aged 80 at Peel with son in law Thomas Radcliffe aged 29 & his wife Eliza aged 32. Is this the right Ann living with one of her daughters in 1861? I can't find a marriage for Eliza/beth Archibald to a Thomas Radcliffe. In 1871 census I have a Radcliffe family when Thomas is a mariner but their daughters have Elizabeth KNEEN listed as mother. Have I been researching the wrong Elizabeth nee Archibald ? I need another brain or two to help me please.
