Re: location of St. Andrew's Parish, c. 1812

Looks like child od Samuel Corkill + Isabella Camaish - they married m Jurby 18100203 (I'm sure by now the Manx parishes will be clear in your mind!) however the parish reg entry has Saml Corkill of maughold;Isabel of andreas, wch both being out of parish would need a special licence but the entry does not state this tho by law was required to give by what licence (or very unusual for Manx) by banns - it might indicate that Samuel was a widower

There might be 2 wills of interest Samuel Corkill 1813 in Andreas (most likely - bur reg give no details other than date) + Samuel Corkill 1814 in Maughold (see index to wills on www.iomfhs.im + parish recs on www.imuseum.im + of course Manxnotebook)
Isabel would appear to have remarried to Thos Kneale in 1823

Samuel is a relatively unusual name and suspect the above samuel is gson of Peter Corkill + Margt Christian - however the 1813 will of Saml in Andreas should confirm
