many Manx researchers are in the antipodes (inc Sue!) - the IoM Gov issue a pdf etc as to how to get a cert - however Peter is an unusual name in Far(a)gher clan so if you can find one in 1911 probably worth investigating - there is no burial on Island of a Peter Faragher - tho Peter could be a middle name as the Manx custom was to know people by any middle given name;
If he died at sea then worth checking in local press (papers upto 1960 are searchable online at www.imuseum.im - try "Peter Faragher" and see what comes up
