This is the only Amy Kelly b.IOM found on Findmypast around that year (another one in Lancs b.1899).

The scan shows that they had been married 18 years and had 3 children born alive with 3 still living.
All spoke English (no Manx).

However, I am not at all sure that they are the correct family for Amy Elizabeth, having been unable to find her in 1901. Maud appears to have been living with her grandmother in that census (if the same Maud).

Marion, I think it is a good idea to get the death cert which Frances suggested: (1) for Sylvia Faragher aged 15 months buried at Braddan on 11 April 1938, and (2) also the death cert for Amy Elizabeth Kelly aged 76 buried Douglas Borough Cemetery 7 April 1977 [BL burial index].
