Already bought all the censuses & we were on the island in August last year so next visit will have to be at least another year off. As I put in previous message the 'browse' section of manxbmd gave loads of info before & the taking away of it was mentioned on this board in the autumn but nobody answered with a reason why the original registrars' entries were no longer availabe in a 'browse' section. Most of the people I'm now interested in are still living. The English sites are great & I've managed to find loads of friends from my College days with whom I am now back in touch. Oh well, as the saying goes 'Patience is a virtue' for the online imusuem.
