Hi Sue thanks for such a quick response. I'm emailing you from New Zealand and it's 12.30 am so I'm off to bed soon. I'll follow your advice regarding ordering the films from the LDS. I believe the films can now be ordered online and sent to their local FHC, Just as a matter of interest my great grandmother (nee Hudson) was originally married to James Gilmore and lived at Ballanchrink - 1881 census. James died shortly after the census was held and Louisa married Henry Sayle in Douglas. My grandmother was Anna Elizabeth Gilmore and I believe there are three different family trees for Gilmore's, is it possible to obtain a copy relevant to my family? If so can you please advise.
