Hi, the IOMan has only got a population of 80,000. if you go on Ancestry it lists two earlier langtons on the IOM who are presumably your relations. You may also wish to read the article on Richard III on the lost langtons site. Either the IOM Langtons were more recent immigrants probably from lancashire or they arrived with their relative Lord Stanley who was king of Man.
