Dear Frances,
Thank your for replying. This could be the only John Caine, for he comments on his profile page--Born in Douglas, Isle of Man 1930, Interested in genealogy/ local history/Manx Gaelic in an amateurish way Look under the profile at the end of the message board, I did that today to check out a compiler and there he was, shocked.. The age of this man would be around 81, which would be nursing/retiement lifestlye for that age. May I ask were archives of all posting since the inception of this site?? If yes, I need to get the postings he would have done the years he worked on PATRICK CAINE, OR ADAM CAINE, could you give me guidance to obtain those postings, maybe this will be the messages that will show the tree he gave, this was the of 2003, so it is not years but a year of messages, if you will show me how to access these I will take the time to go through them all. I must say the data given out the BIBLE the research began. So John CAINE, was the compiler, SO he would have done the research, since I now know he was not a paid genelogist, many , many mistakes could be in the tree or they can be NO TREE AT ALL, which shall be heartbreaking. I wish I could find out where he is for I would love to conversate with him, I shall the ONCHAN phone directory for him or perhaps a Nursing center nearby or the Post for those are under the freedom of information. I hope if if he is still living and and has all his faculties, I should love to speak with him and find how he came to the tree he compiled.

Thank you kindly, you only find out many things as we did deeper and and older family members have much and don't give it up until the years go by so no one gets hurt or embarrssed, for they are of old school., must know they mean well , but do es help those work so hard,

kindly yours

Mrs. Rosa
