Regarding the name of Lewis Philip Kewley Kewley the story tells that when he was baptised usually you give the name lets say Lewis Philip and the vicar says I baptise the Lewis Philip, what actually happened was the family said Lewis Philip Kewley, so he was baptised Lewis Philip Kewley Kewley.

That's what I got told anyway.
