I'm responding to your comment about Margaret Ann Bruce's will where you mention that she left her estate to the children of Jane (Kneen) Crowe. Jane was not married to John Joseph Crowe - actually he was her son, her husband was John L Crowe. Jane's other children were as you noted - Alfred being my grandfather. John Crowe died in 1915 - his will named his children including John Joseph with an address of Boston, Mass.
