Please forgive my ignorance in these matters. I feel I am treading in uncharted waters. Please advise how I go about verifying information, obtaining certified copies of marriage and baptism records, finding locations of burials, etc. If you were to focus on just the first step, what would that be for me? Do I need to find Henry and Mary's marriage certificate? If so, how do I do that? Maybe I need to start with Hudson's baptism record? I am unsure of his baptism date. Is there some way to contact the Lonan Parish? Are there people there who will do this and is there a fee? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
