I may have jumped too quickly - a Margt Kissage/Kissack has a number of illegs in Ramsey or Maughold from 17931103 Elizth, 1796 ellinor + 1803 (this in reg affiliated on Thos Kewn) - possibly the 1798 presentment referred to Elizth of 1793
