Hello All
I am a descendant of James Camaish and Esther Gawne of Andears Isle of Man. They married at Jurby Isle of Man 1839. James was a widower.
James and Esther firth child was Susannah. this child didn't come to Australia with her parents. James and Esther came to Australia in 1841, settling at Dry Creek, Goorangoola, Hunter River District, New South Wales
James and Esther had four more children all born Dry Creek.
James died c1850 there is no record of his death. After his death Esther remarried and had 4 more children. Esther died at Singleton New South Wales 1896.
James is the son of Stephen Camaish and Isabella McNameer.
and Esther is the daughter of John Gawne and Esther.
