If you go to "family trees" section and fill in just "Elizabeth Eleanor Moore b 1860 IOM", the relevant tree comes up at the top of the list. It's called "J.Andrews" and the tree submitter is a direct descendant of Edward Moore Cowley b 1885.

I've found a likely name for the missing maiden name of EEM's mother who was a second wife of EEM's father. I've also found some likely parents for William Cowley.
