and my typeing/proof reading as bad as ever ! - there is I think a will for Jony in 1713 (not looked at it - is this the basis for the children and her name - a w/o Gilbert Kelly 1st name not given was buried 1713 according to parish reg) - Gilbert's will of 1726 implies 2nd marriage which would appear to be 1714 to Jony Kewley (presume a widow given stepdau) - there is a 1746 decree in German for a Jony Kewley (again not one I've looked at).

If you look at property records then in Balladoraughan in 1709 find Issa Boddaugh + husb Gilbt Kelly - this implies that Issa was the heiress of the land - in 1702 Wm Boddaugh was entered for it - the lib vas between 1702 and 1709 should indicate the reason for the change and give her relationship to previous holder - Boddaughs would appear to have long held this holding (look up Manorial rolls on ManxNoteBook under german property
