When you wrote "Do you have births of William Arthur b 1882 & Margaret b 1876" I assumed you meant you wanted the birth entries of William Arthur b 1882 & Margaret b 1876. Why else would you write the dates? I didn't realise you were actually asking for their children's births until I saw the "chn" when I reread your message just now. Please ask the question clearly (with surnames) when requesting a lookup.
If you read the explanation on the website: www.iomfhs.im/lawsons/LawsonBMD/births/_bir_index.html you will see that the period for transcribed birth entries ends in 1901 (although there are a very few 1902 entries).
