I was hoping that there might be some additional info about my Daniel, b 1825. But, I guess that is about it from this end at least. I have a copy of the listing of Daniel's birth in 1825 where there are two listings. Frances explained that that was sometimes done for illegitimate births. They gave no fathers' name altho I have a copy of the presentments for Mary & Daniel Sr. before the clergy repenting their sin.
