Dan, I had forgotten that we had been through all of this before, in July 2007 (if the same Dan Teare). At that time, thanks to Mary M., you received the records of Dan Teare's bapt in Andreas on 1 May 1825, and the presentment, which showed he was the illegitimate son of Mary Cormode and Dan Teare Junr. Mary was going to check that there was no later marriage recorded for them, and would have let you know. There was no marriage and divorce in 1824 (or later divorce).
Please ask your cousin to correct his/her records, because what Mary gave you (or the other Dan Teare) came from the original documents.
