Yes i wondered at first if Albert Street was intended.
It was/is a more modest street of terraced houses a
few hundred yards away. It has become in recent times
more of a terrace as all of houses on the south side were bought & demolished to provide space for a modern court
house & Registry beyond.
Osborne Terrace stands at right angles to Windsor Terrace &
has much taller houses with very long gardens to safeguard
the sea view of Albert Terrace already mentioned. OT faces Manx Museum & is a popular home for Architects!!
