Thanks for the nice words, Sue. As you can tell from my previous response, I, too, was premature in identifying John, husband of Margaret Corrin, as being the son of John.

Since I wrote that response, I have looked over the families again, and have come to the conclusion that at the moment there is no way of telling those four Johns apart.

It is so tempting to want to tie up all the loose ends, but, alas, I am afraid that some of the loose ends will always remain loose!
