James Killip(1796-1866) & family were there in the '51 & '61 censuses, family still there '71, two daughters & grandson there in '81. Son Heber is on neighbouring farm in '51(transcribed as Helen!?#%& by IoMFHS). My bugbear is that I cannot find James & family in 1841 - not at Ballacojeen, in Lonan, on I.o.M., not even in England/Wales. Where can an illiterate Ag.lab. & family have got to ?
