Ann Radcliffe als Kinread died "about the 29th Day of Octbr last" [1784] and Thomas died 12 March 1806, if that is any help to you? Perhaps this is the correct Thomas R. son of John Radcliffe y Vayr (1718-1786). Children named in Ann & Thomas's wills were Elizabeth (marr. Wm Cleater), Jane (exec. 1806, marr. Mark Gawne), William, Thomas, John.
Thomas left "his share of the L---e which he holds from Thomas Lace" to son John and daughter Jane.

John Radcliffe [y Vayr’s] 1786 will mentions only his sons Charles and John and “all my children” – no particular mention of Thomas. This was one reason I had doubts about this Thomas being the one with the two marriages and those particular two sons, one being the father of Rev.W.T.R. - I couldn't see what the assumption was based on, unless he and one of the wives are mentioned in another document.
