I suggest that the Bulletin Board be maintained open to the public at large as a means of meeting more people interested in Manx Family History. An electronic journal sounds great as well, which could be obtained through some control via a password. This could also encourage those interested but not members to join. Fees are nominal now, so I would see no need to reduce them if money was saved by e-mail journals.
