Aaron Arrowsmith (1750-1833) cartographer, engraver and publisher; born County Durham died Soho; according to Tooley easily the foremost cartographer of the period. Initially worked for Cary and Faden, in 1790 set up own business in Castle Street Long Acre.

similar arrangement of hills with Berger 1815 (common draughtsman/base map?)
