T 1/457/325 - Subsistance Payments 1766

An Account of the time of Service of several Officers of the Customs, belonging to the Ports of Carlisle and Whitehaven which were taken to the Isle of Man, by Charles Lutwidge in persuance of Orders from the Honourable Commissioners of the Customs, approved by the Right Honourable the Lords of his Majesty's Treasury, to execute the powers given by an Act passed last Session of Parliament: to prevent the illicit Trade, to, and from the said Island.
