These two agrrements re maintenance of illegitimate children found under Lezayre Presentments

Articles of Agreement made and concluded
upon by and betwixt John Kyneen [Kaneen], heir of
the estate of Balla-Kyneen in the parish of
Kk Andrews upon one part - and Joney
Kneen of the sd parish upon the other part
relating the illegitimate child which has been
betwixt them the sd parties, are as follows
First It is covenanted and agreed upon and the sd
John Knneen doth hereby oblige himself to pay
unto her the sd Joney Kneen the sum of twelve
shillings pr year for and during the time and
term of fifteen years next ensuing commencing
from the 1st of May last - besides giving her
the full benefit of a certain parcell of his sd
estate called Boilly-vane during the sd term
of 15 years and the same to be a full satisfaction
to her sd Joney Kneen for maintaining, nursing
clothing and taking care of the sd child, during
the term afforesd - provided always that in
case the sd John Kyneen shall marry at
any time before the limittation of the sd term
that then, and in that case the sd parcell of
land to be peaceably restor'd unto him sd Kyneen
by her sd Joney Kneen without any vexation
interruption or trouble.
2ndly It is covenanted and agreed upon and she
the sd Joney Kneen doth hereby oblige herself
to stand content and fully satisfied with what
is promised and granted her in the beforegoing
article for and on account of the sd child, during
the term afforesd - and duly to observe the
provision therein made in case of sd Kyneen's
marriage as beforesd - he sd Kyneen in that
case paying to her sd Joney Kneen in consideration
of the sd parcell of land the yearly and further
sum of six shillings
3rdly It is agreed upon, and sd John Kyneen, doth
hereby oblige himself to pay to her sd Joney
Kneen the sum of ten shillings for what
is due to her for the time past on account of
the sd child, and the same to be paid within
one month after the date hereof.
Lastly for the due performance and faithfull performance 
hereof, both parties do bind themselves
under penalty of 20 pounds sterling ad usum 
dmi to be levied according to law as witness 
their names and mrks this 1st June 1753.

The child was probably Patrick baptised Andreas 1752-09-25 who went onto marry Margt Cashin
Articles of Agreemt made and concluded upon
by and betwixt Wm Casemt and Jane Killey
relating the illegitimate child betwixt them
as follows
First It is agreed upon and the sd Wm Casement
doth hereby oblige himself to pay upon demand
unto her the sd Jane Killey the sum of fifteen
shillings and the same to be a full satisfaction
for what she demands for the half year past
in all respects upon account of the sd child.
2ndly It is agreed upon, and the sd Wm Casement
doth hereby oblige himself to pay to sd Jane
Killey five [xd thru 12 overwritten] shillings a quarter, vizt twenty
shillings a year upon his part, for the 
maintenance, nursing and clothing of the sd child []
time to come, and the same to be paid
shall become due. to all which sd Jane
agrees and gives her full consent.
3rdly And lastly for the due performance and
observance hereof, both parties do bind
themselves in penalty of 10 pounds ad usum dmi
to be paid according to law &c as witness their
names hereunto sett and subscribed this 25th
May 1753.
