LETTER from the Duke of ATHOLL.

GENTLEMEN, London, February 6, 1792.

I Have the honour to inclose a state of the Population of the Isle of Man, just received from thence.

I am given to underftand, that many of the parishes are very exact ; but that in others, the numbers are given in too low, insomuch that the Population of the Isle of Man may in fact be estimated at thirty thousand souls.

I have the honour to be,

Your most obedient humble servant,

ATHOLL.

To John Spranger, William Osgoode, William Grant
William Roe, and David Reid, Esquires,
