THE Petition of the House of Keys, presented by Thomas Moore and Hugh Cosnahan, is given in to prove, the Delegation of him and: Mr. Cosnahan, on the Part of the Keys, and to prove that no Meeting of the Keys was called any: the: Governors until the 19th of March, near a Month after the Transaction, of the. Sale was closed; and in Support of the Allegation that a reasonable Increase of Duties would, have been given had the Keys known in Time of the Transaction between the Duke of Atholl and the Crown.
