Dy hebbal booise da’n Chiarn;
Cre’n yindys eh dy vel shin bio,
Fud whilleen gaue er-mayrn?

2 Da’n Jee ta choud er nyn sparail
Lhig dooin cur gloyr as booise
Ta coadey, as goaill j’in kiarail
Ayns mean dangeyrn wheesh

3 Dangeyryn ta ass shilley sooill,
‘S shen ver mayd tastey da,
Yn chramp ‘sy dorraghys ta shooyl,
As stroider y vun-laa.

4 O trog-jee nyn goraaghyn seose,
As lhig dooin voylley eh:
T’er neam shin veih yn dorraghys,
Dy hooyl ayns raad y vea.

5 Lhig dooin coyrt moylley son e ghrayse,
Erskyn dy chooilley nhee;
Dy daink nyn Jiarn’s dy hur eh’n baase,
Dy choardail shin rish Jee.

6 O lhig dooin lesh un aigney prayll,
Er son e Spyrryd mie;
Dy jean eh shin ‘sy raad leeideil,
Gys nec mayd roshtyn thie
