Archdeacon Will 1838 #24, Patrick, of Isabella Taggart als Crellin:

"In the name of God, amen. I Isabella Taggart alias Crellin of the Parish of KK Patrick being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding calling to mind the uncertainty of this mortal life do make this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following: First, I recommend my soul to Almighty God in the hope of a joyful resurrection and my body to the earth. Secondly, I leave and bequeath to my beloved husband Robert Taggart all my right and title of part of the Kerrow Glees and Kerrow Coerd called by the name of Boil Leenehoughty in the parish of KK German. Thirdly, I leave and bequeath unto my son Robert Taggart the money which I have in mortgage in Ballaconnel KK Arbory as legacy. Again I leave and bequeath to my son Robert Taggart the sum of 60 pounds to be payable to him at the age of 25 years. Fourthly, I leave and bequeath to my nephew Ann Quirk the sum of 20 pounds, if we gain that mney which I was coming in at my mother’s death from Thomas Mylechreest payable at the age of 21 years. If she die before she comes to the age of 21 years that the said 21 pounds is to come to my nephew Phillip Quirk payable to him at the age of 21 years. Again I leave to my nephew Ann Quirk a bed. Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my husband Robert Taggart whole and sole Executor residuary legatee of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and barring all claimants 2 shillings and 6 pence each as legacy.
