Archdeacon Wills 1816 #39, Patrick, of Ann Kelly als Crebbin of Ballada, Patrick:

‘this is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Ann Kelley otherwise Crebbin of Ballada, KK Patrick, who departed this life the 16th March 1816, being weak in body but in sound and perfect memory at the making of the same. First, she committed her soul to God who gave it and her body to a Christian burial. Secondly, she left to her grandchild Elizabeth Quilliam a quilt, two blanketts and a sheet, and the tick of a bed and the chest with the lock on with all her wearing clothes. Thirdly, she left to her son Henry the sum of five shillings or six kishins of barley. Lastly she left her daughter Ellinor whole and sole executor of all the rest of her goods, moveable and immoveable of whatever kind or denomination so ever, excluding all cravers with six pence legacy. Witnesses: William White, Patrick Quirk Mortuus [ie Dead].

At a Chapter Court holden at St. John’s the 31st May 1816, Not withstanding the will is proved but by xxx witness xxx no objection being offered to xxx, John Kneale husband of Eleanor named in the before going will is sworn executor in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely Philip[?] Sayle[?]of Patrick and William White the witness.’
