Archideaconal Wills 1805 Ramsey #73, Leonora Kelvin

In the Name of God,  Amen 
I  Leonora  Kelvin  wife of  John  Kelvin  of the Town of Ramsey
being weak in body but of sound mind and understanding , do make
this my last  Will and  Testament _

First, I commit my Soul to God and my body to Christian
burial  _
Secondly, I bequeath [and]  to my Son John my half of our dwelling
House and of the out Houses on the South side of the Lake, commonly 
called  Kelvin's  Houses, and my half of a yard and out houses
purchased from  Thomas  Corlett,  [Yemish _]
Thirdly, I leave to my Son  Ascough,  five  Shillings.
Fourthly,  I leave to my daughter  Cathrine,   One of my best

Bed's and Bed'ing likewise two of my best Dinning  ^Table^ Cloths
Fiftly, I leave to my daughter  Jane  Christian  all and
singular, my goods, Cash, Credits and effects moveable and
immoveable whatsoever after the payments of my just
debts and  Legacies  
Sixty, I nominate my said daughter  Jane  Christian  and my
Nephew   John  Corlett  junr.  of Lezayre  Executors of this my last Will
and  Testament, In Witness wherof I have Subscribed my
Name, this the Twelfth day of December, One Thousand

  In further consideration of the affection I have for my two
Children  John  &  Cathrine, I leave to each of them  Five  Pounds
British for mourning, And  Further I leave to my daughter

John  Corlett one of the Execrs being absent,  Jane  Christian
the other  Execrs  is sworn in Court in form of Law  &  she
to be true & just to her absent  Co exor & hath given Pledges
for the payment of Debts & Legacies  namely  John
Christian of KK  Bride &  Chas.  Cowle the Witness

Octr  23rd   1805   Samuel  [Boardman]  enters a Claim agt  the
                 Estate  of  Leonora  Kelvin  for the  Sum of

              At a Court holden at  Ramsey  9th  July  1805
John  Corlett  of the  [ Garee ]  in the parish of Lezayre is
 also sworn   Exetr  in  Trust of the Last Will and
Testament of  Leonora  Kelvin.
