Episcopal Wills 1794 Lonan #1, of James Quill

Kk Lonan At a chapter court holden at Douglas on the 24th day of June 1794
James Quill of the parish of Kk Lonan
having perished by sea on or about the eleventh
day of April last past intestate and the court
having received intelligence thereof hath decreed
his four children namely James Margaret Mary
and Elinor Quill joint administrators of all and
singular his goods rights credits chattels and
effects movable and immovable whatever and all the
said administrators being under age Mary Quill
their mother is sworn their guardian and supervisor
as also in trust for them well and truly to administer
the estate of the intestate to return a perfect
inventory thereof to the Episcopal registry and to
pay all the intestate's just debts as far forth
as his goods and effects will extend and the law
bind her and to these ends she hath given pledges
in form of law namely the Revd John Gell curate
and Thomas Moore yeoman both of the said parish
