Archdeacon Wills 1791 #41, Patrick, of Mary Clucas als Quirk [?als xxx]:

"In the name of God, Amen. I Mary Clucas als Quirk of the parish of KK Patrick, being now in declining years, yet in a moderate state of health and of perfect mind and memory, God be praised, and considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, do therefore in order to settle my worldly goods and effects make this my last will and testament as in manner following: First committing my soul to Almighty God and body to Christian burial. Item, I leave my son Philip Quirk half a guinea. Item, I leave to my daughter Isabel Shimmin als Clucas half a guinea. Item, I leave to my daughter Cathrine Quine als Quirk all my shaped wearing apparel woolen and linen and all my bed clothes what kind soever. Lastly, I nominate and appoint my two daughters Catherine Quine als Quirk aforesaid and Ann Radcliffe als Clucas to be whole and sole joint executrixes of the rest of my goods and effects moveable and immovable whatsoever, and excluding all cravens with sixpence a piece in legacy. In testimony whereof I have hereunto caused my mark to be set to my name this the 16th of Jun 1780. [signed, her mark] Mary Clucas als Quirk. Witnesses: Thomas Quine, Hugh Shimmin, John Shimmin.

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Patrick July 1, 1791, Thomas Quine husband of Catharine and Thomas Radcliffe husband of Ann the executrixes within named are sworn in court of law and also to be true and just the one with the other in the division of the effects and have given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies names Thomas Quine and Hugh Shimmin witnesses."
