Archdeacon Wills 1787 #50, German, of William Mylevorrey of German, died 10 March 1787:

‘March the 14th, 1787, German; the last will and testament of William Mylevorey of KK German who departed this life on the 10th of this month, declared to be his will the day before his death, being at sound and perfect mind and memory at the making hereof.
First, he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.
Item, he left to John Mylevorey his nephew a suit of clothes which he got by the said child’s relation.
Item, he left to Margret Mylevorey his brother Phillip’s daughter the sum of ten shillings.
Lastly, he left, nominated and appointed his loving wife Elizabeth Mylevorey als Crellin and Anne Mylevorey his only daughter equally executrices of all his effects moveable and immoveable of what nature or kind soever.
Witnesses: Thomas Quayle, Ann Clucas.

At a Chapter Court holden at the house of Thomas Quine in KK Patrick, June 14th, 1787, Anne Mylevorrey one of the executrices being under age, Elizabeth Mylevorrey als Crellin the other executrix named is sworn in Court in form of Law, and also to be true and just to her co-executrix likewise to bring a perfect inventory to the Registry, she is also sworn guardian of her co-executrix who is underage and has given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies, namely William Crellin and Thomas Quayle one of the witnesses.’
