Item, I do leave and bequeath unto my daughter Cathrine Callister the other half of the said meadow land and brow thereto adjoining together with all that part or parcel of arable land above the said brow and which adjoins to the same. Also I leave unto my said daughter my part or moiety of the same little house and garden that her father John Callister bequeathed his part or moiety of the same unto her, also free and debtless. Item, I leave and bequeath unto my daughter in law Ellinor Callister als Cowill and to her children all my part of that field purchased of Wm. Mylevorrey commonly called Sandy’s Croft viz. the one half of my part thereof unto her the said Ellinor Callister, and the other half of my part thereof unto her children equally between them, and the same they are to have in lieu of that four pounds I gave my bond or note for the same unto my son Silvester Callister deceased. Item, I leave to my son in law Caesar Wattleworth and his wife the one half of my brewing pan, and the other half thereof I leave unto my daughter Cathrine Callister. I leave unto my son Samuel Callister a shilling British. Lastly, I do nominate and appoint my said daughter Cathrine Callister to be whole and sole executrix of all the rest of my goods and effects moveable and immovable of what nature or denomination soever. And excluding any other person or persons that might pretend to claim further right to my goods with six pence legacy a piece. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 8th of January 1782. [signed] Lenora Callister. Witnesses: Philip Mylchreest junior, Matthew Shimmin, Thomas xxx junior.
