Rushen
The last will & testament of Mark Nixon of
Portlamary, being in perfect mind & memory -
I commit my soul to God & my body to Christian
burial
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret one
hundred pounds of good & lawfull money & the upper
house at Portlamary commonly known by the name
of the new house, but she is not to enjoy or possess
any of the above mentioned untill after the death of
the longest liver of eather my wife or me & if my
daughter afore sd should marry & die without lawfull
issue the house above mentioned is to fall or return to
my son Mark.
I leave & bequeath to my son Mark all the rest of my
concerns within the parish of Kk Christ Rushen both
houses & lands whatsoever but he is not to enjoy or possess
eather houses or land above mentioned untill after the
death of the longest liver of eather my wife or me
I also leave & bequeath to my son Mark all the the right
& title I have to or in Caesar Brew's house
in Castletown & the clock I have now in the house
at Portlamary.
I nominate constitute & appoint my loving wife
Mary Nixon my sole executrx of all the rest of my wordly
goods & effects moveable & immoveable whatsoever
In testimony hereof I subscribe my name
