Archdeaconal Will 1768 #34 Bride, of Daniel Christian

, died 8 November 1767: "KK Bride: This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Daniel Christian who departed this life about the 8th of November 1767 being of perfect mind and memory at the making thereof.
First he committed his soul to God and body to a Christian burial.

Itm, He bequeathed to his son John Christian and daughters vizt., Issabel and Ellinor Christian three guineas each.
Itm, He left his share of all the stuff he had provided for fishing boat to his son Robert Christian.
Lastly he appointed his said son Robert Christian and daughter Cathrine Christian whole Executors of all the rest of his goods moveable and immovable whatsoever. Also he declared whatever goods he gave or delivered out of his own hands to any of those children that they were to make no dispute about said goods but in case said children d dispute or fall out the one with the other that they are to be debarred or cut out with six pence legacy and eighteen pence British each to the witnesses of the Will.
Witnesses: Thomas Lace, Daniel Joughin, jurati.

At a Consistory Court holden at KK Michael, March 8th 1768: The executors are sworn in Court in form of Law and have given pledges for payment of debts & legacies namely Thomas Arth: Corlet of Lezayre & Thos.Lace of KK Bride. The Executors are also sworn to be just the one to the other in the division of the Executorship. Solv:12d, Probatum est. Ro:Radcliffe, Matths.Curghey."
