Archdeacon Will 1764 #49, Peel, German, of Thomas Crellin, died about 6 April 1764:

"This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of Thomas Crellin of Peeltown, who departed this life about the 6th of April 1764, being in an indifferent state of health but of perfect mind and memory at the making or uttering hereof, Declared that he intended to cross the danger of the sea to Ireland and as he could not tell whether he would ever return back, would settle and dispose of his worldly goods or effects as in manner following. First, he left and bequeathed to his brothers and sisters one shillings apiece as legacy. Lastly, he nominated and appointed his loving parents vizt., Thomas Crellin & Elizabeth his wife to be whole and sole Executors of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable of what nature or kind soever. Witnesses: John Colvin, Robert Siddleton.

At a Chapter Court holden at Balnyhown, June 22nd, 1764: The Executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and has given pledges for payment of debts and legacies namely John Cross and Henry Crellin both of KK German."
