Episcopal Will 1763 #3, Rushen, of John Waterson

Rushen
The last will and testament of John Waterson
late of Saureby in the parish of Trinity Rushen
who departed this life (as tis supposed in the storn at
sea) on 19th of July 1763.
The manner in which he made this will is as follows
being in the house of John Crebbin of Glanmooar near
Fleshnook in the said parish upwards of
two years ago it was mutually agreed upon by the said
John Waterson & Henry Qualtrough that the survivour of
them was to be sole execr of the effects of the other;
that upon this John Waterson above said declared before
the subscribing witnesses that he nominated and appointed
the said Henry Qualtrough, his nephew, sole execr of
all his goods moveable & immoveable, depriving all
other relations with sixpence legacy each and reserving
a legacy of five pounds which he left to John Cooil
son of William Cooil of the said parish
